index_granularity
建表时，可以通过 index_granularity 指定 索引粒度 ，默认是 8192，一般不需要调整。超过1亿条数据，适度调整

TTL
如果表中数据有时效性，过一段时间就没用了，建议指定TTL，过期后，自动删除数据，节省空间
TTL也可以通过 ALTER TABLE 语句修改，详见 链接
